Our staff will not be responsible for supervising children, and a waiver must be signed for each child upon admission. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety of their own children during their visit. We simply provide a fun space for kids to interact and play.

Our playground is open to everyone—whether you choose to walk in or make a reservation. For those who plan to visit us frequently, we offer membership options to enhance your experience and provide additional benefits.

No, outside food and drinks are not permitted, but our cafe offers a variety of delicious food and drink options for you to enjoy. Feel free to explore our menu and treat yourself!

To ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone, we will sanitize and reset the toys and play areas every 1-2 hours, or as needed. Your enjoyment and safety are our top priorities!

You don’t need kids to visit our café! It’s open to the public, and everyone is welcome to come in and enjoy our food and drinks, whether or not you have children with you.

You can cancel your membership at any time and the change will take effect at the next billing cycle. However, if you're an OG Panda member, please note that once you cancel, you won't be able to rejoin under the same membership and will lose your exclusive perks. You'll need to switch to our traditional Panda Club membership instead.

The play area can accommodate a maximum of 33 children at a time. 

A daily pass grants you all-day access to the play café. However, if we reach capacity, playtime will be limited to 2 hours to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the space.

The play area is designed for children aged 0-6 years old. However, we also believe that imaginative play has no age limit so if you think your older child will enjoy the space, please talk to one of our staff members. They will help assess and determine the best course of action.
