What’s Included:
- 2 hours of reserved party time
– Private dining area access
– Shared play area access for kids - Up to 10 children included (plus accompanying adults, max 25 guests)
- 2 kids’ tables + 10 chairs available upon request
- Minimal décor welcome (balloons, small banners, table décor)
- Outside food allowed (with prior approval)
- NO outside drinks allowed
- Setup & cleanup within your reserved time
Available Time Slots (Mon – Thurs):
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Additional Details:
- Add extra children for $12 each (up to capacity)
- Extra time may be added for $75/hour (if available)

LITTLE PANDAS PARTY POLICY
ARRIVAL & EXIT TIMES
You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your booking time to set up décor. The space must be vacated promptly at the end of your reserved time.
Example: If your booking is 3–5 PM, you may arrive at 2:30 PM for setup and must be fully cleared out by 5 PM.
Decor Restrictions
- You’re welcome to bring your own décor. For hanging garlands, balloon arches, or similar items, please use Command Hooks — nails, tape, or adhesives on walls are not allowed.
- Not permitted: glitter, confetti, piñatas, or alcohol.
- Smash cakes are not allowed unless added as a paid add-on (includes an additional cleaning fee; restrictions apply).
cancellation Policy
- Deposits for parties and private events are nonrefundable once booked.
- Events may be rescheduled once (within 3 months of the original date) with at least 20 days' notice. Reschedules made after this window will forfeit the deposit.
Cleaning Policy
- A $100 deposit is due with the final event payment.
- Guests hosting private events are responsible for keeping the venue tidy during and after the event:
- Wipe and sanitize tables and chairs.
- Clear tableware and dispose of trash in designated bins.
- Remove all personal items and decorations.
- Additional cleaning or setup services can be arranged in advance for an added fee.
- The play area will be cleaned and maintained by the venue. No food or beverages are allowed in the play area to ensure safety and hygiene.
